NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Whereas, Star Foods, Inc., by its deed of trust dated the 5th day of December 2005, and recorded in the office of the recorder of deeds for Shannon County, Missouri, in Shannon County Imaging System, document #05-1763, conveyed to Richard Williams, Trustee, ("Trustee"), the following-described property situated in the County of Shannon, State of Missouri, to-wit: ¥ A parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE ?) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ?) of Section 24, Township 27 North, Range 4 West, near Winona in Shannon County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: From the Northeast corner of above described Southeast Quarter (SE ?) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ?), go South 30 feet and West 65 feet to a true point of beginning on the West right-of-way line of State Highway Route #19; thence N 87 degrees 47 minutes W 150 feet; thence S 2 degrees 13 minutes W 145 feet; thence S 87 degrees 47 minutes E 150 feet; thence N 2 degrees 13 minutes W 145 feet, along the right-of-way to the point of beginning, except that part taken or used for roads. ¥ ALSO, a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE ?) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ?) of Section 24, Township 27 North, Range 4 West of the 5th P.M.; more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE ?) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ?) of said Section 24; thence South 0 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West 30.00 feet along the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE ?) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ?); thence North 89 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West 92.38 feet the West right-of-way line of Highway 19 (as located 6/23/2003); thence South 0 degrees 39 minutes 37 seconds West 145.00 feet along said right-of way line to the Southeast corner of a tract conveyed to Smith's Petroleum Marking Company by deed recorded in Book 131, Page 208 of the records of Shannon County, Missouri, for the true point of beginning of the hereinafter described tract; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds West 150.00 feet along the South line of said tract to the Southwest corner of said tract; thence South 0 degrees 39 minutes 37 seconds West 20.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds East 149.37 feet to the West right-of way line of said Highway 19; thence North 4 degrees 56 minutes 16 seconds East 8.50 feet and North 0 degrees 39 minutes 37 seconds East 11.52 feet along said right-of way line to the true point of beginning, except that part taken or used for roads. ¥ Situated in Shannon County, Missouri. which conveyance was made to Richard Williams, Trustee, in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note in said deed of trust described; and WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note; NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust, I, Richard Williams, Trustee, will sell the property above described at public venue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the East front door of the Shannon County Courthouse, in the city of Eminence, County of Shannon, Missouri on the 26th day of January, 2012 between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., and more particularly at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
